Dan has represented buyers, sellers, banks, mortgage lenders, business and estate clients both large and small for nearly 34 years. Dan’s experience is not only concentrated in all forms of real estate transactions, resolution of title issues and title insurance but also small business operations, estate planning and probate. Dan’s expertise is crucial in assisting his clients with buying and selling of their homes and businesses in addition to zoning permits, leases, building regulations, zoning and estates.
Dan is a retired Providence Rhode Island Housing Court Judge. The decisions Dan made from the bench for nearly twelve years as well as his experience in the practice of law has enabled him to nurture strong relationships with his clients.

Kristie M. Gatherum
Kristie has over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal. She handles all aspects of the closing from start to finish, including preparing Closing disclosure / HUD Settlement Statement, resolving title issues as well as post- closing matters. Through her daily interactions with clients, she has nurtured strong relationships with real estate brokers, buyers, sellers, loan officers and loan processors.
Kristie earned her Degree in Paralegal Studies and was first introduced to the Real Estate business as a loan processor where she learned the mortgage industry from initial loan application and commitment through closing of the loan and compiling legal packages for their attorneys.
She is also a Massachusetts Notary Public and a New Hampshire Commissioner of Deeds.

Linda has over 10 years of experience in accounting. She brings her financial background to CalendaLaw where she is responsible for the daily transactions, billing, accounts receivables/payable’s and monthly reconciliation.

Thomas has many years experience in conducting legal research, managing closing schedules for commercial or residential properties, preparing title commitments, and distributing real estate contracts or other legal documents and explaining real estate codes to clients.
